Thịt heo (phần cổ) rửa sạch, ướp với muối và phủ bằng lớp mù tạt hương mật ong/ Dùng màng bọc thực phẩm bọc lại và để 12 giờ hoặc qua ngày trong tủ lạnh.
Bật trước lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 140°C/280°F. Cho thịt heo ra thố nướng, để lại phần sốt và nướng trong 5-6 giờ. Cứ khoảng 1 giờ, bạn lấy thịt heo ra và quét phần sốt vào nhé. Thịt heo nướng xong cho ra ngoài, dùng nĩa tách nhuyễn.
Hành tây thái lát mỏng. Cho phần thịt heo vào bánh mì, xếp hành tây vào, bạn có thể cho thêm vài lát dưa leo tươi hay cà chua, xà lách tươi nếu thích nhé.
Thưởng thức thôi nào. Bánh mì kẹp ở giữa là hành tây giòn giòn, hăng hăng, thịt heo thấm đều sốt mù tạt mật ong béo ngậy và rất hấp dẫn. Món này cần được bổ sung ngay vào thực đơn ăn sáng của cả nhà.
